Adopting the latest manufacturing technology and unique structure design, the PF series impact crusher can produce cubic products with very good grain shape without tension or cracks. It can crush pyrite, magnetite, granite, limestone, concrete, etc. with compression strength not more than 100MPa and is widely applied to secondary and tertiary crushing.

Performance and Features

  • Unique simple structure
  • Highly efficient hard rock crushing, energy efficient
  • Discharge grain size is adjustable to simplify the crushing circuit
  • Easy maintenance, reliable performance
Roll Crusher

Roll Crusher

Brief Introduction

Roll Crusher is composed of two cylindrical rolls installed horizontally. The two rolls rotate in opposite directions, and materials fall onto the rolls and enter the crushing chamber under the friction force generated by the roll surfaces. The crushed materials are discharged from the outlet, and the crushing process is continuous.

The Roll Crusher features strong discharging capability and stable operation, allowing even wet materials to be processed smoothly.

Working Principle

When the Roll Crusher is operating, materials are fed into the space between two rotating rolls. The rolls rotate toward each other, generating compressive and shear forces that crush the materials. The final product size is controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rolls.

Performance and Features

  • Simple and compact structure
  • Continuous crushing process with stable performance
  • Adjustable discharge size by changing roll gap
  • Strong crushing force and smooth material discharge
  • Suitable for medium and fine crushing applications
Hammer Crusher

Hammer Crusher

Brief Introduction

Hammer Crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-hard or brittle materials with hardness not more than 300 MPa and moisture content less than 15%.

Typical materials include coal, cement, gypsum, aluminum, brick, limestone, etc. It features simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency, and uniform particle size. The discharge size can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Working Principle

Hammer Crusher works by the high-speed rotation of the rotor driven by the motor. Materials enter the crushing chamber and are impacted, sheared, and ground by the hammer heads. Qualified particles are discharged through the grate, while oversized materials remain in the chamber for further crushing until the required size is achieved.

Performance and Features

  • Big crushing ratio and high production efficiency
  • Uniform particle size
  • Simple structure and reliable operation
  • Discharge granularity adjustable to meet different production needs
Vertical Shaft Compound Crusher

Vertical Shaft Compound Crusher

Brief Introduction

Vertical Shaft Compound Crusher is a new type of fine crushing and rough grinding equipment developed by our company through optimized design and integrated similar crusher technologies in the industry.

It features simple structure, large crushing ratio, small energy consumption, stable operation and convenient maintenance. This equipment is widely used for crushing cement clinker, cement plant technical transformation, and new cement production lines. It is also suitable for crushing soft iron ore, limestone, gypsum, blast furnace slag, lump coal and other soft ores.

Working Principle

Materials enter the crushing chamber from the top feeding hopper. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials are thrown toward the inner wall and collide repeatedly with the impact plate and hammer head.

Through multiple stages of impact, squeezing and grinding, materials are gradually crushed and discharged from the bottom outlet, achieving efficient fine crushing.

Performance and Features

  • Large crushing ratio and high output capacity
  • Capable of both coarse crushing and fine crushing
  • Uniform product size and stable performance
  • Adjustable discharge size to meet different production requirements
  • Low energy consumption and high efficiency
  • Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance
Ball Mill

Ball Mill

Brief Introduction

Ball Mills are mainly used to grind materials in the chemical engineering and building materials industries, as well as for the dressing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These ball mills are mainly used for wet milling operations.

Features

  • Large application range, simple structure and convenient maintenance
  • Large capacity and continuous operation performance
  • Barrel lining and grinding media are suitable for various abrasive materials
  • Easy installation, adjustment and operation

Structure & Principle

When the ball mill is running, the motor and speed reducer transmit torque to the gears of the ball mill, rotating the barrel. When the barrel rotates, steel balls or other grinding media inside are lifted to a certain height and then fall freely, impacting the materials. The grinding media continuously impact and grind the materials as the barrel rotates. The final product is discharged from the outlet when it meets the customer's requirements.

Ball Grinding Sand Machine

Ball Grinding Sand Machine

Brief Introduction

Ball grinding sand machine is a new type of special sand making equipment developed and produced by our company in recent years. Based on the grinding principle of traditional grinding machines, new design concepts are introduced and the main structure is optimized. The machine adopts selected wear-resistant materials and optimized driving devices, making the structure more compact, reliable and easy to operate.

Ball grinding sand machine is suitable for crushing and grinding various materials such as pebbles, quartz sand, limestone, granite, diabase and other ores, as well as building stone slag and industrial materials. The finished sand has a round particle shape, uniform size, low over-grinding and low powder content, meeting different production requirements.

Performance and Features

  • Compact structure with stable and reliable operation
  • High efficiency grinding with low energy consumption
  • Uniform finished sand size with low powder content
  • Simple installation, operation and maintenance
  • Suitable for continuous production and various material types

Structure & Principle

The ball grinding sand machine is mainly composed of a rotating part, transmission system, control system and protective cover. During operation, grinding media inside the barrel are lifted and dropped continuously as the barrel rotates, impacting and grinding the material until the required particle size is achieved. The final product is discharged smoothly, ensuring stable output and consistent quality.
